Day 5 of 100 day challenge

So,  I failed to work out this last weekend but made sure I wore my fitbit both days to track activity.  Saturday I hit my daily goal of 10,000 steps!  Sunday I was worthless but did put Christmas decorations away.  Today I did my 30 minute workout with two of my kids grabbing my legs and jumping on me while doing the floor routines. Day 5 or 3 complete!  👍👏😃

Dinner for tonight: slow cooker chicken mushroom marsala and bacon wrapped asparagus.  14 Points

Day 2 of 100 Day Challenge

Day 2 complete. Decided to do Chris Powell's Level 2 today since the level 1 was a little too easy for me. The 30 minute workout did push me more and get me to sweat a little. I have been absolutely worthless today as in I've been laying around all day so getting my workout in was a big success since I wanted to just lay in bed longer.  Anyway,  I did my workout with my two sidekicks today, K and H. They did great and we all feel better!  Tomorrow will be a challenge getting in my workout since weekends are filled with running around and doing things that I can't do during the week with the littles.

Day 1 of 100 day workout Challenge

So,  with 2014 behind us and 15 lbs lighter I decided I'd take on 2015 with a challenge that would help be reach my goal of a new healthy lighter me.  100 days of working out.  My goal is to not miss a day.  As much as I wanted to go climb in bed after a lazy New Years Day I decided I could do 15 minutes of something.  I wanted something easy,  so I searched YouTube for 15 minute exercise videos and came across Chris Powell's Level 1 Beginners Workout.  It's 15 minutes and perfect for any age level.  It's a low impact full body workout.  Perfect for this out of shape tired momma.  So off I went and 15 minutes later I feel better!  I know 15 minutes isn't long but it's what I had available.  I'll try to post daily what I do and will post a photo.  Will be interesting to see what the 100 day will be like.  Happy New Year!!!
